Salon Policies

Please read our salon & training policies carefully before booking:

Guarantee

Eye Envy Co. guarantees all Beauty work. If you are unhappy with the results of your treatment, please contact us within 4 days to return for a complimentary fix or credit. We do not offer refunds for treatments already rendered, due to product and time used.

Deposits

Deposits for courses or appointment bookings are non-refundable.

Deposits will be void if you have given less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a beauty appointment. Course deposits are non-transferable if student has given less than one weeks notice of rescheduling or cancelling, due to last minute staff changes and the course spot being held for the amount of time. Courses need more than this amount of notice, as spots are impossible to fill with less notice. 

Deposits can be used for future bookings, or as credit for products or services.

Privacy

Privacy Policy is subject to standard Australian security and privacy policy. All details are kept safe and confidential via our professional booking system.

Cancellations

Cancellations require 48 hours notice minimum to transfer deposit. Less than 48 hours requires a new deposit to be paid for changes.

Course cancellations are entitled to transfer deposit, if required notice of one week has been given. Students are given access to the online course as part of salon training, and therefor cannot offer refunds for this reason.
